        Send an Email Order and list the following information: 

1. Purchaser's Info:  Name, Address, Apt #, City, State, Zip, Phone(s).
2. Ship To Name & Address (if different from Purchaser):
3. Item name of the item you want to buy from website listing description:
4. Style name of Item (if applicable):
5. Color Choice of Item:
6. Quantity of each Item:
7. Price of each Item:
8. Method of Payment:  or   We need 3 digit CVV2 code on back of card.    
9. Shipping Method  (we use UPS for all our shipping).

    *We can send tracking information once we ship the item(s) if available from shipper, if email provided.

11. Shipping costs vary depending on shipping destination & weight of the items ordered.  We charge you only the exact shipping cost. We can let you know the exact cost of shipping only after we know the weight of the items you ordered and the destination they will be shipped to.  We can notify you via email or phone with the exact charges before shipping if you prefer, just let us know when ordering.  Note:  Some orders may require a $2.50/per box handling fee which will be noted upon order receipt.

12. The date you need the item by: (during our busy season some special order items may take longer than the normal 2-10 days).  If you need your item by a specific date please let us know.  We will do our best to accommodate your time frame if possible. All work is hand crafted, please allow adequate time.
